Cottage rental rates and seasons

The Wisconsin cottages are available for rent all year.  For 2 people, daily rates at $89.00 Sunday through Thursday and $99.00 per night on Friday and Saturday and holidays.  Additional cost for extra people is $16.00 per adult/ per night, and $10.00 for child under 16.  There is NO additional charge for infants under 2 years of age.  The base weekly rate is $579.00, and the "additional people charges" will be discounted by 10% for full week stays.  Approved pets are allowed for extra charges.  Monthly rates may be available between December 1st and April 1st.  Call for quotes.

Accommodation details

The vacation property has 5 cottages, accommodating 6 people each. The cottages have private bathrooms, air-conditioning, color cable televisions, bedding and towels, grills, picnic tables, and kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, dishes, and pots and pans.  FREE WIRELESS INTERNET

15 foot flat-bottom boats are available with cottage rentals at no extra charge.  The boats do not have motors, but oars and some life jackets are supplied.

The property has an in-ground swimming pool, children's playground, and a fish and fowl cleaning house.

Approved pets are allowed for an extra charge.

Surroundings

The cottages are secluded and quiet. The property is on a small lagoon, approximately 100 yards from Lake Onalaska where there is a pier and boat launch. Water recreation includes swimming and fishing. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, hunting, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.

Lake Onalaska is approximately 7,600 acres, with a water depth of 20 feet. Fish include walleye, northern pike, bass, panfish and catfish. Fishing guide service is available.

Additional information

Cozy Corner Cottages is a place for the whole family to fish, swim, boat, or just lie around and relax. It is far enough from Onalaska to be peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to La Crosse to take advantage of shopping, theaters, restaurants and nightclubs.
