Rental rates and seasonsFrio River Cabins is open year round. Our rates range from $80 to $400 per night depending on the time of year and cabin size. Accommodation detailsWe have several different locations with over 175 wooded acres of Texas Hill Country and almost 2 miles of crystal clear Frio River frontage. River Our cabins and vacation homes have fully furnished kitchens, BBQ pits, campfire rings, patios or porches and all the extras. The 26-acre riverfront property has 800 feet of frontage on the Frio River. The cabins have a nature trail, volleyball, horseshoes, picnic table, barbecue grills, and a fire pit. Pets are $10 per day. Smoking is not allowed in the cabins. Cabins are partially accessible by handicapped persons. SurroundingsOur cabins are among the most secluded on the Frio River. You will see axis deer, whitetail deer, wild turkey, a wide variety of birds and other wildlife from your front porch! We rent tubes, kayaks and canoes and also offer a shuttle service. Snorkel, swim or fish right in front of your cabin. Go birding and hike on site or go horseback riding and golf near by. Frio River Cabins has been featured in Texas Monthly magazine several times, Texas Parks and Wildlife and Texas Highways. Texas Monthly magazine named our riverfront one of the top ten swimming holes in Texas! Frio River Cabins is just 1 mile from Garner State Park and only a 20 minute drive from Lost Maples State Natural Area. Restaurants, antique shopping, etc. are close by (about 5 miles away) in the town of Leakey. Fish in the Frio River include bass, trout yellowcat, bluecat, carp, and perch.
