Accommodation Details

Surrounded by Black Hills National Forest, yet easily accessible on Hwy 16/385 these cabins offer a variety of lodging types. The newer cabins with fireplaces, built in 1999 have been popular with couples and families as well, while the historic 1 bedroom cabins are still favorites among many return customers. Many have knotty pine inside and out and all have wood floors for that real cabin feel.

The 10 vacation cabins have 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 private baths, the largest sleeping up to 8 people. Cabins include electric or gas heaters and cable TVs. The furnished kitchenettes have coffee pots, microwaves, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

The property has a bathhouse with large hot tub and seasonal Finnish Sauna. Also children's playground, sand box, and volleyball. A barbecue grill and picnic table are outside each cabin. Board games are available.

Non-smoking units available. Pets allowed in some cabins with prior approval and pet fee - must be leashed and leave cabin with owner.

Surroundings

The cabins are on the edge of a little valley, nestled in the pines, with mountains and the Black Hills National Forest in the background. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, hunting and fishing (rainbow trout, brook trout, brown trout, perch, crape, walleye, northern pike).
