Cottage Rental Rates and Seasons

The northern Ohio vacation getaway lake cottage is available for rent from May through October. The rental rates for the lake cottage are: May $450/wk, June $500/wk, July $650/wk, Aug $650/wk and Sept - Oct negotiable.

Accommodation Details

The Ohio lake cottage is a small, modest cottage. The home has 2 small bedrooms with double beds. The small living room has a new sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is enclosed, and the shower is outside (also enclosed). In addition, there is an outside room with a deck and barbeque. Please bring your own linens and towels.

The lakefront property has a beach, a pier with deck, and a small harbor.

Smoking is allowed and so are responsible pets. The cottage is not handicap accessible.

Surroundings

The cottage is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. The property has about 300 feet of private beach on Lake Erie. Water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, boating and waterskiing. Nearby recreation includes golf and Cedar Point.

Nearby are many fine places to eat. Also, Cedar Point Amusement Park is only 20 minutes away and it can be seen from the cottage. In Vermilion enjoy the Inland Seas Museum. The Lake Erie Islands are only ½-hour away, and ferry service is available and reasonable.
