Cabin rental rates and seasons

The family vacation resort is open April - October. Daily rates range from $70 to $175, and weekly rates are $450 to $1175. 

Cabins are discounted 25% during the off-season.

Accommodation details

The lakeside resort has cabins of varying size. Most cabins were built in the 1920's and are old-fashioned and rustic, but they are clean and in good repair. Cabins have 2 bedrooms or more. Each cabin has its own bathroom, charcoal grill, front porch, bonfire ring and picnic table, and a kitchen with dishes, pots and pans. Some cabins have sleeping porches, fireplaces, and wood-burning stoves. The newest cabin has a Jacuzzi, microwave, and gas log heat. Linens are not provided for any cabin.

The resort has a playground area with sand for children and play equipment.

Pets and smoking are allowed. The resort is partially accessible to handicapped persons.

Surroundings

The resort is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. The resort is on the shores of Lake Michigan where it has 750 feet of frontage and a stony beach. The water is shallow and good for swimming. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, and hunting. Fishing charters are available nearby.
