Rental rates and seasons

This Northern Michigan lake resort is open May through October. Weekly rental rates for the lake cottages range from $500 to $1500. Daily rates range from $85 to $215.

Accommodation details

Anchorage Cottages offers a main house, the Captain's Quarters, plus six clean and cozy cottages situated on 150 feet of sugar sand beach on Lake Huron. The cottages accommodate from 2-10 people per unit. Each cottage is furnished with linens, color cable TV, fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, coffee makers, dishes and flatware, pots and pans, and ceiling fans.

In addition to the cottages there is a main house that sleeps 10. It has two bedrooms, two baths, and a full living room and kitchen. It has a fantastic view of Lake Huron and a deck overlooking the beach.

Pets are not allowed and the resort is not handicap accessible.

Surroundings

Water recreation includes swimming, boating, and trophy fishing. You are able to walk both North and South on this beach for miles in either direction.

Nearby recreation includes golfing, charter fishing, hiking, biking, and hunting. The resort is only minutes from the beautiful Huron National Forest. Running through the National Forest is the Ausable River where fishing, canoeing, and hiking abound.

The resort is close to shopping, churches, and many recreation areas.
