Accommodation details

The vacation lake resort has 12 motel rooms and 3 cottages, accommodating from 2 to 5 people each. The motel rooms have color cable TV with remote, coffee maker, direct-dial phones with free local calls, patios with great views, air conditioning, picnic area, and some have whirlpools. The cottages have either 1 room or 2 bedrooms and are fully furnished and have linens, private bathrooms, grills and picnic tables, and fully-equipped kitchens with coffeemaker, dishes, pots and pans.

The property has a sandy beach, picnic tables, and barbecue grills. Boat and canoe rentals are available.

Smoking is allowed, and pets are allowed with permission and terms. The motel and cottages are not handicap accessible.

Surroundings

The large 5-acre property is wooded and on Budd Lake. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, and water skiing. Nearby recreation includes golf, hunting, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing.

Budd Lake covers about 175 acres and has a water depth of 30 feet. Fish include bass, muskie, and panfish.
