Resort rates and seasons

This small, intimate resort with cottage beachfront condos and charming cottages for rent is open from June through Color Tour. Weekly rates range from $975 to $1495. During most of the summer season only weekly rentals are available, but during the shoulder seasons (early June and late August) shorter stays are negotiable. 

Check-in is after 4 pm and checkout is before 10 a.m. Saturday.

Accommodation details

This small, intimate resort has 9 attractive beachfront condos and 4 charming cottages for rent on one of the most beautiful beaches in Michigan. The cottages and condos accommodate from 2 to 6 guests each. 

The resort combines the best of contemporary comforts and conveniences with the quaintness, charm, and simplicity reminiscent of a seacoast resort. All units are nicely carpeted and tastefully decorated. Each has a fully-equipped kitchen that include microwave ovens, toasters, coffeemakers, dishes, and pots and pans. All units also have air conditioning, phones, color cable TVs with VCR/DVD players, and decks or balconies. Linens, towels and paper products are provided.

The private resort has 110 feet of sugar-sand beach that is great for boating and perfect for swimming and small children. The resort has a spacious patio for sunbathing and lounging, a firepit, and a large gas grill with beachfront picnic tables for outdoor cooking. For guests with boats, a public boat launch is close by. Boats can be anchored offshore or pulled up on the beach overnight.

Smoking is outside only. No pets, please. The resort is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The quiet and secluded resort is located on the Grand Traverse East Bay which is renowned for its sugar-sand beaches, sparkling waters, and breathtaking sunsets. The resort provides the perfect setting for a casual and relaxed vacation at affordable family rates.

The resort is on East Grand Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, boating and water skiing. Boat and jet ski rentals are only a stone's throw away. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, and bicycling. 

The cottages and condos are only 4 miles from downtown Traverse City and its many attractions. Visitors can enjoy great wineries, shopping, theaters, tennis courts, casinos, miniature golf, excellent restaurants, pubs, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and much more.
