Waterfront home with panoramic view of East Grand Traverse Bay, 5 miles north of Traverse City, on Old Mission Peninsula. Newly renovated, beautifully decorated, and fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and fireplace. Maximum occupancy is 8. Deck on upper and walkout on lower level. The home has heat, washer/dryer, cable TV, VCR, microwave, dishwasher, and grill. Attached 2 car garage. Linens are supplied. Handmade quilts on every bed.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

Enjoy your own private sandy beach! The property has 115' of water frontage. Water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating, and canoeing. East Grand Traverse Bay is a beautiful, clear lake with fish that include Salmon, Trout, Bass, Perch, Walleye, Pike and many others. Motors are allowed and fishing guide service is available.

Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, and hunting. Old Mission Township Park (670 acres) and Lighthouse is just 13 miles north, offering swimming and hiking. Tour or visit the many cherry orchards and wineries on the peninsula. Exceptional restaurants, such as The Boathouse, Bowers Harbor Inn, The Bowery, and Old Mission Tavern and Art Gallery are within a few miles.
