Cottage rental rates and seasons

The Michigan vacation cottages are available for rent all year. Rental rates for the lake cottages are:

Accommodation details

The vacation property has a front cottage (sleeps 4) and a back cottage (sleeps 6) and an adjacent house (sleeps 10). The front cottage has 2 bedrooms and the back cottage has 1 large bedroom with 2 full size beds and foldout couch. The vacation cottages have heat and air conditioning, screened porches, washer/dryers, TV's and VCR's, and fully-equipped kitchens with coffee makers, microwaves, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens are provided.

The cottages and house are newly renovated and professionally cleaned each week. The lake property has picnic tables and barbecue grills.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The cottages are partially handicap accessible.

Surroundings

The property is secluded, quiet, and wooded. The cottages have lake access to Lake Michigan where water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, fishing and water skiing. Nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and hunting.

Lake Michigan is one of the great lakes. Fish include perch, coho and salmon. Boat motors are allowed with no size limit.

The cottages are 1/2 block from Lake Michigan beach and 1 mile from the center of town.
