Rental Rates and SeasonsPeavy’s Passage is a year-round vacation home with fishing, hunting and snowmobiling right outside the door. A short boat ride down the Michigamme River (3 miles) and it opens up into Peavy Pond, a fisherman’s paradise with 3,500 hundred acres of non-developed shoreline with pristine fishing. The Michigamme River and Peavy Reservoir are home to Northern Pike, Walleye, Muskie, Bass and panfish. For winter enthusiasts, there is hunting and snowmobiling right outside the door. Rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Accommodation DetailsThe 750 square foot cottage features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The living room contains a sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, video library, CD player, radio and telephone. The kitchen is supplied with a refrigerator, stovetop, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Outside the cottage there is a fire pit, barbecue grill, picnic table, and horseshoe pits. Pet friendly. Smoking allowed. The house is not handicapped accessible. SurroundingsThe home is located on 4 private wooded acres. Boat
launch, bait, boat, kayak and canoe rental are available at the nearby
Michi-Aho Resort. There is a snowmobile
trail on the other side of nearby Highway M-69. This is also a popular
hunting area. Other nearby recreation includes boating, canoeing,
kayaking, hiking, biking, waterfall touring, dining, shopping and
