Rental rates and seasons

The Michigan vacation cottages are available for rent May through October. Cottages rent from between $90 and $140 daily and between $450 and $700 weekly. Inquire about special seasonal rates and promotions!

Accommodation details

Barefoot's Resort has 5 cottages and one secluded mobile home. Each cottage sleeps 4 comfortably and the mobile home sleeps 5 comfortably. The vacation cottages have heat, and fully-equipped kitchens coffee makers, microwaves, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens are provided. Please bring towels.

The lake property has a sand beach, dock, boat launch, horseshoes, barbecue grills, picnic tables, lawn chairs, and fire pits. Laundry facilities are available. Boat and motor rentals are available.

Available to all guests at no charge: one dock space, boat launch ramp, Jet ski mooring dock, deep freeze service for fish, wood for campfires, and shower house.

Sorry, no pets. Smoking is allowed. The cottages are not handicap accessible.

Surroundings

The cottages are secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. The cottages are on Lake Huron where water recreation includes swimming, trophy fishing, and water skiing. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, and hunting.

The resort is near Cedarville, Michigan, in the heart of the historic Les Cheneaux Islands. There are over 30 islands which offer the boater or avid fisherman sheltered and secluded channels and coves.

Lake Huron covers 23,000 sq miles. Fish include salmon, northern pike, perch, bass, lake trout, and other pan fish.
