Rental rates and seasons

The lake cottages are rented from late June to early September. Daily rates are $60, and weekly rates are $400.

Accommodation details

The vacation property has 9 rustic housekeeping cottages, accommodating up to 5 people each. Linens are provided only with daily rentals. The cottages have private half-baths (toilets and sinks), kitchens with dishes, pots and pans. The cottages share 2 private, hot water shower rooms.

Pets and smoking are allowed. The resort is not accessible to handicapped persons.

Surroundings

The cottages are nestled among tall white pines along the shoreline of clear and refreshing Toddy Pond. The property has a dock, and cottage rental includes free use of paddle and row boats. Nearby is a boat launch. Water recreation includes swimming from the shore or raft, fishing, and water skiing. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, hunting, and shopping.

The property is close to the coastal scenic harbors of Penobscot Bay, and only 25 miles from Acadia National Park. Across the road is a family restaurant with home cooked food.

Toddy Pond is about 7 miles long and has a water depth of 120 feet. Fish include bass, salmon, and trout.
