Vacation home rental rates and seasons

The 2 Indiana vacation studios are available for rent May to November.

Accommodation details

The 2 studio units each accommodate 2 adults & 2 children. There is a pass-through door if both studios are needed. Each unit has one queen bed, one sofa bed, and a private bath. The studios are approx 12 x 25 and have heat and air conditioning, and cable TVs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with coffee maker, microwave, full size refrigerator, and dishes. Linens are provided. Towels are not. This is not a cottage or a cabin - studios are 1 room efficiency apartments.

The 90 ft of lakefront property has a large dock and fire pit. There is a paddle boat, flat bottom boat and a canoe for use of guests only. Swimming is allowed. The depth is approx 4 ft in front of the dock. Children must wear life jackets in all boats. Fishing is allowed and a fishing license is the responsibility of the fisherman. Children are to be with an adult at all times by the lake.

Pets are not allowed. No smoking indoors. Outside is permitted. The studios are not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The location is secluded and quiet. The property is wooded and has a large fire pit (some wood provided), gas grills, picnic table, and hammock. Come enjoy and relax in the back to nature surroundings. Bring your binoculars, fishing poles, and marsh-mellows to roast on an evening fire. Fireworks are not allowed at any time on the property.

Sheila's Hideaway is located 1 mile from Indiana beach and from the many restaurants, stores and entertainments of the great town of Monticello.
