Condominium Rental Rates and Seasons

The Florida vacation condominium resort is open all year. Rental rates for the ocean condos are $150 per day, or $1,000 per week. A $250 per week credit card deposit is required for reservations.

Accommodation Details

The resort has 24 condominium units. Each condominium sleeps 6 and has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pullout sofa bed. Each home has 1400 square feet of air-conditioned living space, a balcony or deck, phone, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cable television, and washer and dryer; just bring your beach towels.

The oceanfront property has a sand beach, heated swimming pool, whirlpool, horseshoes, and barbecue grills.

Smoking is allowed, pets are not. The condominiums are not handicap accessible.

Surroundings

At Oceanique, you can watch sunrises and space shuttle launches from your ocean-view balcony. Water recreation includes swimming and fishing. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, bicycling, and horseback riding.

The resort is close to many Florida attractions, yet far enough away from the crowds to be comfortable. Walt Disney World and the Kennedy Space Center are a leisurely drive away. Nearby are shopping centers and the many restaurants in the Melbourne and Cocoa Beach areas.
