Accommodation Details

Ours is a small motel and condo complex of thirteen units located on a quiet street which runs along the east side of Lemon Bay situated approximately less than two miles from Englewood Beach and one mile from the art galleries and shops of historic Englewood Village. All units are fully equipped for extended stays including cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, and fully equipped kitchens. The unit mix is seven one bedroom efficiency units of 400 square feet, two cottage style one bedroom units of 500 to six hundred square feet and four two bedroom condo units of 900 square feet situated in a private courtyard ringed with coconut palms and a barbecue / social area. All units have undergone an extensive remodel in December of 2006 and January 2007.

The property has barbecue grills, picnic tables, and laundry facilities. Linens and towels are provided.

Small pets allowed on a case by case basis. No smoking in units. The units are not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The property is secluded and quiet, and has Florida palms and vegetation. Nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, and bicycling.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Englewood, Florida! Only minutes away from local favorites: Lemon Bay, Stump Pass, and fishing charters. The property is within Sarasota County, away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough for a car ride to Disney or Bush Gardens.
