Rental rates and seasons

The 2-unit California vacation oceanfront home is available for rent all year. Rental rates per unit are:

Please add 10% county tax. 5% discount for two or more consecutive weeks. Check-in 3PM; check out 11AM. Spa for lower unit only. No pets. Smoking outside. Security deposit $1,000. VISA accepted. Gift certificates available. Rental Deposit required to reserve. Deposit is 50% of the total rental amount. Peak season: Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Other seasons: 60 days prior.

Accommodation details

The vacation home has 2 units: 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Each unit has 3 master bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 6 comfortably. Each also has a spacious living room, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with microwave and Cuisinart. Each also has a complete home entertainment center with books, board games, and telephone. Washer/dryer, linens, and departure cleaning are included.The lower unit has a spa.

The outdoor view areas have patio furniture and barbecues.

Pets are not allowed; smoking is permitted outside only. 

Surroundings

The vacation home is on the sunny side of Monterey Bay and only 10 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz. Historic Monterey and Carmel are just a scenic 40 minutes away. Enjoy a day of fun and sun at the Boardwalk, rent a sailboat, walk the beaches, or play a round of golf, and dine at superb local restaurants.
