Accommodation Details

This condo has everything you need for up to four persons whether you want to cook, entertain or just play. Located on the 7th tee, with a pool & spa right across the street. From the tiled floors and mirrored walls to the coffee grinder in the fully equipped kitchen and the hair dryer in the bath, this beautifully decorated condo allows you to truly enjoy your vacation, whether for a week or several months.

This sunny, end unit on the 7th tee at the Palm Desert Resort and Country Club features two bedrooms, (1 King and 1 Queen), two full baths, a dining room and a den/office. From the wet bar to the large bricked patio where you’ll enjoy your morning coffee, you’ll have lake and fairway views. The ducks and roadrunner are included! Barbeque as you watch the sunset or scoot around in the golf cart parked in the attached two car garage.

This vacation condo has golf, tennis and club privileges. It has heat & Air conditioning, washer/dryer, phone, 3 TVs, VCR and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, dishes, pots & pans. Linens and towels are provided.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The condominium is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The condominium is on the 7th Tee of an 18-hole, par 72 regulation golf course in the beautiful Palm Desert Resort & Country Club. The course is a true recreational layout featuring lush double-wide fairways. The community has 20 pools that are heated during the winter season and each has a companion hot therapy spa. Thirteen tennis courts are available daily and are lighted for evening play. The spacious 42,000 sq ft, full service clubhouse features a very comfortable lounge and a dining room overlooking a huge lake, and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

The surrounding condominiums are built in duplex style and are all individually owned. This is a gate-guarded community only 25 min. from Palm Springs Regional Airport. The Palm Desert Center Mall in only minutes away as is the world famous El Paseo Drive (more shopping of course!). The resort is surrounded by spectacular views of the Santa Rosa, San Jacinto and San Gorgonio Mountains. Palm Desert has great weather to enjoy hiking and bicycling.
