Vacation Cabin Rental Rates and Seasons

The Arizona vacation getaway cabin is available for rent all year. Rental rates are:

Summer time April-October:
$1000 per week (7 nights) or $175 per night with a minimum of 2 night stay. (Winter same rates at this time)

Accommodation Details

The vacation cabin has 2 bedrooms/2 baths and sleeps up to 10. The cabin has central heat, a fireplace, deck, balcony, washer/dryer, phone, 4 TVs with satellite, home surround sound, VCR, DVD, and CD/radio. Includes a full game room with Pool table, bar, hockey, foulsball, and table tennis! The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens are provided. Please bring towels.

The property has a children's playground, volleyball, horseshoes, barbecue grill, and fire pit.

Pets are OK - there is a fenced area of 100' x 100' grass. Smoking outside of cabin and in bar OK. The house is partially handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The home is remote and quiet, and on a one acre lot. The Coconino National Forest is just outside the front door of the cabin with lakes, mountain trails, and great wild life! Nearby recreation includes fishing, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting. Golf courses are in the nearby towns.

Some of the best trails in northern Arizona. Elk in the yard most every morning!

The cabin is 1/2 mile from the village of Mormon Lake on the west shore of the lake -- a resort lodge with cabins, horseback riding, ski rentals, 4x4 quad rentals, and bike rentals. The village also has a store, bar, and steakhouse. Flagstaff is about 20 miles away with everything a large town has. Also enjoy day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona.

Mormon Lake is the largest natural lake in Arizona (12 sq miles) with a depth of up to 10 feet in wet winters, but dry during most summers. The lake attracts fishermen who angle for bullhead catfish and northern pike.
