Rental rates and seasons

Mulberry River Ranch is open year round. The Lodge rents for $375.00 per night for the first 6 guests and $40.00 for each additional person. Cabins range in price from $95.00 per night to $120.00 per night based on 2 guests and $15.00 for each additional guest.

Accommodation details

The property has a lodge, and 7 cabins - accommodating up to 19 in the lodge and 2 - 10 in the other units. The lodge has 8 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths, 2 fireplaces, satellite TV/VCR, a 50 ft glassed porch and a dining area with a panoramic view of the Ozarks and meadows.  All accommodations have heat and air conditioning, a phone, a barbecue grill, and a kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided. Also supplied are: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, soap, coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, paper towels, and bathroom tissue.

The ranch has a dock, volleyball, horseshoes, fire pit, and picnic tables.

No smoking inside. No pet policy. The cabins are partially handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

Located 16 miles north of Ozark, Arkansas on Scenic Hwy 23, the Mulberry River Mountain Ranch is made up of 620 acres of meadows and woods and surrounded by the Ozark National Forest. The property has a vast array of recreational opportunities such as ATV'ing, Golf, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Camping, Fishing, and Hunting. Just minutes away there is Swimming, Canoeing, Kayaking and Wine Tasting.

The 4 stocked ponds have Catfish, Large Mouth Bass, Small Mouth Bass, Crappie, and Blue Gil.
