The Arkansas vacation cottage is available for rent year round. Rental rates for the cottage are:

$70 per night. Please ask about special discounts. Rates based on 2 adults and up to 3 children. Weekly, 7 days/6 nights for $350.

Accommodation Details

The vacation cottage is fully furnished, cozy and comfortable. The home sleeps up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom, with a queen-size beautiful old four poster bed. The living room has a couch, a recliner for him and a rocker for her, and a TV and VCR with a variety of good movies, and books and magazines.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans, and it comes stocked with about everything you will need including coffee, sugar, flour, and more. The vacation cottage has heat and air conditioning, and a deck. Linens and towels are provided.

Call or e-mail for information on pets, and stable and grazing accommodations. The cottage is not handicap accessible.

The cottage is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. Outside you will be greeted by a gorgeous view of Mt. Magazine, a hammock to nap in, a yard swing and a large furnished deck. No glaring lights will mask the stupendous night sky where even the Milky Way is visible on cloudless nights. Listen to the owls, whippeerwills + wild turkey and watch the deer graze in the meadow.

The mountain cottage is perfect for a vacation hideaway, pastoral retreat, or a couple's getaway. Enjoy walks in the woods, or visit nearby Mt. Magazine. Nap in the hammock, or relax on the furnished deck. Enjoy abundant wildlife, and visit nearby wine cellars, museums, and state parks.

Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, hunting, swimming, and canoeing.
