The Arkansas vacation cottages are open all year, with the main season running from April to October. Rates are:

1 BR family cottage (2-5 persons):

Accommodation Details

Dogwood Cottages has 8 cabins/cottages with 1 and 2 bedroom units, and 1 bathroom (2 for some units). The cottages have heat and air conditioning, decks, and cable TVs and VCRs. Linens and towels are provided.

The property has horseshoes, barbecue grills, and picnic tables.

No pets and no smoking in all cottages, but smoking permitted on porches.

Surroundings

The cottage is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded and mountainous. Water recreation includes boating, fishing, and swimming, on nearby lakes. Other nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, horseback riding, and hunting.

Though Dogwood Cottages is not located on the water, it is only a 15 minute drive from Beaver Dam, Beaver Lake, the White River, and Tablerock Lake. The lakes all have access, picnic areas, swimming, canoeing and boat rental. The Holiday Island marina at Tablerock Lake is especially recommended for pontoon, ski boat, fishing boat and kayak rentals. Fish include bass, trout, bream, and walleye. Fishing guide service is available.

Our property is family owned and operated. We have a variety of cabins and cottages, most of them with porches and swings, overlooking the woods. What out guests like about this site, is that Dogwood is located in the woods, but close to the town. We have a variety of wildlife and beautiful birdsong. Up the road from us is a trolley stop. We are also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and country music shows.
